As I was driving to the post office last week to mail Kerry her grab bag of goodies, I had a moment of stress. What if the bag I’ve been raving about isn’t actually full of a stash of needlepoint treasures? What if Kerry opens it and is disappointed? Was giving away something that I actually had never seen really a good idea? I was on pins and needles, waiting to hear from Kerry, and anxious about whether or not she would enjoy her grab bag as much as I always mine.
Yet, once again, Stitch by Stitch does not disappoint!
Look at the treasures that were in there!
Kerry sent me this picture this morning. It looks like there are three large patterns and three small, a kit (I think that’s what the “Counting Crows” item is), at least three pieces of cloth (Kerry mentioned some were aida cloth and some were linen), and four skeins of thread. Not too shabby! (And remember, the grab bags only cost $5!) Kerry also mentioned that she’s still brainstorming ideas of what to do with her goodies. Anyone have suggestions? I have to give a shout out one more time to Stitch by Stitch. Once again, even if embroidery or cross-stitching is not your thing, you could definitely find use for most of these items somewhere in your crafting!
Thanks again to everyone who entered! Thanks to Kerry for letting us know what was inside! And be on the lookout for another grab bag up for grabs soon!
