My dad, mom & husband are all home and safe (my dad is retired military but now works as a civilian on base, my mom is a reservist and my husband is active duty). This is the first year that they are all home for the holidays (usually at least one of them is deployed). I am happy to have a home to spend our holidays together. I am most thankful for the ability to appreciate all that I have, while I continue to grow and learn each day… each night I get to kiss/hug my family goodnight and they are healthy and safe. Many families have to go without their loved ones during the holidays… I know I’m counting down to his next deployment and hoping to get a Silhouette Cameo mainly to decorate his weekly care packages 🙂 I wish you all the best this holiday season!

Thankful for my family, friends, and health. But most thankful that I have God in my life.
I am most thankful for my Mammaw moving back up here close to us… She’s lived about 2 & 1/2 hrs away from us well since I was born… I lived with her & my Papaw off an on growing up and hated being so far away from them… My Papaw passed away in 2010 and after nearly 40 years of marriage, my Mammaw was heart broke & alone. She lived on a nice piece of land out in the country, down a long drive-way so she was pretty far out and by herself. We were able to talk her into at least renting a small apartment in town. That was a plus… BUT we still wanted her closer. Then in February of this year she finally agreed to move up here with all of us! My mom was ecstatic of course lol… I am so blessed to have a Mama & a Mammaw, especially those 2 women… My Mama is my best-friend & my Mammaw is hers. And now that my Mammaw is only 20 minutes away, we now all 3 have that same bond. I definitely get my creativeness & craftiness from my amazing Mammaw. But what I love the most is her compassion & the way she cares for everyone around her! I am most thankful that now my 4 daughters will have a chance to feel that love & compassion every day, not just 4-6 times a year when we would make it down there! Now our family is back together & I know my Papaw is up above smiling down saying that’s my girls! Sorry it got a little too sentimental & long lol…
I am thankful that I have made it through almost another year healthy.

I will be so very grateful if I happen to win this wonderful system that I can only dream of having. Basically I’m grateful for the life that I still have.
I am thankful for many things this year. My daughter is almost 6 and I’m very thankful I was blessed with her. I’m thankful that my grandma & grandpa are still with us & that my daughter is old enough now to remember them when they’re gone. I’m very thankful to God for watching over me with the help of great doctors. I have had a pacemaker for 8 yrs now & have been in & out of heart failure since. Next week is my 32nd birthday & I am so thankful to have it! The last thing I am extra grateful for is to finally be opening my Etsy shop! Since I was diagnosed, crafting has been my sanity. I’m very thankful for my family, we had a couple of scary events this year that got me thinking on the importance of health. I’m thankful for life, very often I’m reminded of a couple of friends that went to heaven too soon and to think of all the things that they will miss. I am thankful for so many things…. the past few years have been pretty rough… I’m thankful that we haven’t lost our house in 2 hurricanes (I live in NYC and a lot of people lost everything in Sandy near me)… I’m thankful my kids are healthy and that my husband has a job. I’m thankful that I am FINALLY able to eat after just having my gallbladder out on Halloween… which makes me thankful that I was out for my birthday on Nov 2. I am thankful for my support system and my family that aren’t close but always in my heart… and last but not least I’m thankful that know that no matter what hardships I face… someone else may have it worse and at least I can try and help them and make us both feel better.
That we are finally able to add a second little girl to our family.

I am most thankful for my brother!!!! My parent’s were killed in an auto accident 5 years ago the day after Christmas, and if it weren’t for him, I don’t know what I would do. He is the closest thing I have to them, and we both understand each other, growing up in the same house.

Family and Friends
I am thankful for a wonderful family and good health.
I am thankful for my hubby and all his hard work for our family. I am also thankful for my two girls and the one who is still growing. We will met her in February or January… depending on if she moves faster than her sisters. Since I am too far along to travel home this year I am a little sad HOWEVER…. NEXT Christmas we will be in our forever home. My hubby will be retiring for the Navy after 21 years. I am thankful that next year will be filled with exciting changes. New baby, new job, new house and we will be close to family after many years away in our own house. Sigh…
As I was clicking the complete button for comment I see that it says “Hi, Paul.” Opps! My hubby is logged into facebook but all the other stuff in is my name and accounts. Sorry.

Most thankful for my relationship with my mom. We have had some rough times with her surgeries, staph infections, issues with my little sister, and so on- it has only strengthened our relationship. She is my best friend and I don’t know what I will do when she goes to be with God, but I pray I have many more years with her.
