Many of you may know that I lost my grandmother early this year to brain cancer. Many of you also know that her and I were extremely close. So close that any of the words I use here just don’t seem to do her justice, or really capture the relationship we had.
When the Race for Hope – Philadelphia (a non-profit branch of the National Brain Tumor Society) contacted me in September, just before what would have been my grandmother’s 91st birthday, asking me to create a custom cuff for them, I knew my Annie played a part in bringing us together.
It is an honor to work with a group that is so dedicated to a cause so close to my heart.
And it is my privilege to donate $5 from the sale of every cuff back to the Race for Hope – Philadelphia.
If you’re interested in more details, or in purchasing a cuff, you can find the listing in my Etsy shop.
And from the bottom of my heart…thank you.
