Valentine Picture Frame…All From Scraps!

1.  Start with one wooden picture frame, bought at your local craft store for $1.  Paint white, or whatever neutral color you have in your stash of acrylic paints.

2.  Rip scrap papers into long rectangular pieces.  Decoupage onto frame.

3.  Paint chip board letters.  Glue to frame.  (Or use whatever scrap embellishments you have in your stash!  Flowers, stamps, stickers..anything will work!)

4.  Add a picture of the cutest little kid ever!

Total time: About an hour

Total cost: Maybe $3??

Total yield: Lots and lots of love from your Valentine!!
